HELP MAKE OUR SCHOOL MORE GREEN TOMORROW!

It is our new year's resolution to make our school greener.

Take a break from finals and help promote a more eco-friendly building! We will all help out and gather recycling bins around the school, put pro-recycling stickers on trash cans and we will also be hanging posters.

At 12, we will meet in room 204.

There will be a meeting this Wednesday the 10th at noon. Come join us and sign up to pick up recycling bins around the building! We could use the help!

I am taking Environmental Science and we recently watched this video. You can see the whole video on their website, storyofstuff.com:


As funny as it sounds, the other day I went shopping for a toothbrush and went to grab the typical cheap brand and saw something different. They now sell recycled plastic toothbrushes from a brand called PRESERVE. Their packaging is recyclable and works for a sturdy travel case. And better yet, you can send it back to them when it's old and they will recycle it into another one and the best part; postage is free on their site.
